How long is the program?
• 12 weeks long
• Three 4-week blocks
Gradually increasing strength & miles throughout the weeks
How many days a week is it?
• 5 weight training sessions & 4 runs (3x a week option available as well)
• The split template is the preferred way on how to split up the workouts, but you can do whatever fits your schedule the best!
